Suspended

  Suspended is part of an ongoing series of paintings that focuses on the female figure reading. Lately,  most of the paintings in this series are indoor or subway scenes.  When I first starting doing this series a few years ago, the summers here in Chicago were very warm.  But in the last two years, the summers have been cold and rainy limiting my opportunities to find subject matter.
